Cup lock scaffold (also known as K-lock, Cuplok®, Dura-lok™, Anchor system etc.) is one of the worlds most widely and successfully used modular scaffolds. It's unique locking action makes it the fastest, safest and most economic system available, also makes it the example of the safe scaffold market of the worlds. Up to the time that the patent expired in 1993 over US$1.5 billion worth of Cuplok had been sold world wide. Cuplok was introduced to China in the late 1980's and it has won the reputation from Chinese construction contractors.

Features of the Cuplok scaffold systems

Fast and simple assembly

The specific characteristic lies in its revolutionary node point design. One node point enables up to 4 components to be fastened at once just with a hammer. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed bottom cup that is welded to the standard at pre-located 0.5m intervals, top cup can slide up and down within the restricted range. Locate the blade end of the ledgers into bottom cup, drop down and rotate the top cup to secure the component in place, then tighten with hammer, how simple the assembly procedure is!
